Staying at UPITTC, is such an unforgettable experience.During my stay here, I can say that I've grown as an IT professional.

I learned the following:
     ☺I learned how to clone using Clonzilla,
     ☺I learned how to reformat PCs' (Windows XP, Windows 7, Ubuntu),
     ☺I learned how to install different applications and how to use them(Blender, Inkscape, GIMP,
          Microsoft Project and Open Project, DOST-SSP,Installation Guide,Installing VirtualBox on
      Windows and VirtualBox-4.1.8-75467-Win,etc.),
     ☺I learned how to make a bootable flashdrive(for Ubuntu, Windows7, and Windows XP),
     ☺ I learned how to use a Soft Phone,
     ☺I learned how Joomla works,
     ☺I learned how to configure internet connection and how to troubleshoot it,
     ☺I had the chance to use their facilities (Smartboard, Fluke, Router),
     ☺I learned how to install OS (Ubuntu and Centos) on Virtual Box,
   ☺I learned how to manipulate HRIS (Human Resource Information System),
     ☺I had the opportunity to be with IT Professionals,
     ☺I attended different seminars at UPITTC (Google Applications(Documents, Calendar,
          Spreadsheets), Web Filters(Squid, Untangle,)),
     ☺I learned how to troubleshoot CPU
     ☺And most of all I had developed my skills in technical support.

Time is very important when it comes to work. Spend your time in doing interesting things, like browsing on internet and read interesting articles/topics which can help you in your work.

Another thing that I gained during my OJT here at UPITTC is that I met awesome people. These people are my bosses and my co-OJT. It's really a big help on your part as an OJT trainee if the people you work with are nice to you. I miss my family during this four months, but because I have them, I felt the presence of my family.

To sum it up, I've learned a lot here at UPITTC.
